Choose the guide for the step that is blocking you

Use the beginner route when you are still learning the catch, sell, equip, fight, and hand-in loop. Use the third-island walkthrough only after reaching the Desert, because it assumes the Forest chain and its boss trophy are already complete.

A missing marker is usually an objective-state question, not a navigation question. Reopen the task, identify the named bait or return item, and confirm the hand-in before buying another Radar or repeating an unrelated catch cycle.

Separate route problems from optional systems

Cooking can supply healing or sale value, roulette can support two optional achievements, and the Reel of Fortune spends a Drip creature on a cosmetic skin. None of those systems replaces a required boss bait, trophy, or island hand-in.

The Bean achievement is a separate under-one-hour attempt. Learn the normal route first, then remove collection, cosmetic, and gambling detours from the timed run instead of treating speedrun advice as the default beginner path.
