How to Beat the Giant Piranha Boss

Collect three Leeches on the second island, trade them for Leech Bait, and cast that bait to summon the Giant Piranha. Keep moving while you shoot the boss, use a quick melee weapon only for small fish that close in, and carry cooked fish for healing. ^[01]

A safe loadout and plan

A Shotgun is a practical main weapon, but the essential rule is to reserve strong ranged damage for the boss. Fighting every small fish with expensive shots drains resources and lets the main target close the gap. Create space before healing, move sideways when it lunges, and avoid explosives if their self-damage is causing failures. ^[01]

The encounter does not end at zero boss health. Search the remains for the unique Giant Piranha Skeleton and return it to the forest quest giver. Ordinary meat does not close the objective. ^[01]
